Hello Friends of tagDiv and community, I have the latest release before update wordpress to v 4.4, I see a folder patch_6.5_6.6.2, this means I can replace such files and will be updated to the latest version? in this case, I have the envato toolkit installed but I guess you guys need to commit the changes there as well???

I already read that part, in fact I installed the envato Toolkit and throws me an error, what Im going todo is replace the folder with the new version (kinda ftp version you have there) but directly on our linux box through cp (backing up the original folder previously), will this work?

The envato toolkit sometimes causes errors so the best way to update is through FTP. The best way to update would be to remove your previous version and install the new. Your method works as long as you can replace old files with new ones. If you replace the files changed from 6.5 to 6.6.2 and add the new ones, it should work. Just remember to replace style.css for the theme version.
