If I add this element to my website I can see it very well on my laptop but in my cell phone I cannot see the categories but this. I also tried to insert and ad and did not see on my cell phone.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are not using the latest version of the theme. Update it to the latest version of it via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ and also, for more information about our mobile theme plugin, check the guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hi, I did everything but purge CDN files that I could not find out where it is and I still have [td_block_trending_now][td_block_big_grid_1]

Those are visual composer shortcodes you are seeing. I cannot see the error on your site though. I do see a plugin conflict as your mega menu will not open due to a js error. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Unfortunately I do not see the shortcodes on your page not in desktop and not in mobile.
