Hello,
I’m trying to select filter type most popular over 7 days. But it is always showing as zero results.
Next to that it is written as need to enable theme counter from theme panel.
I found something called view counter and I enabled that. but still nothing is showing.
If I’m doing wrong. May I know how I can enable this filter?

In order to the most popular option to work you will need to have an active website. If your website is not opened to the public and your website does not have views that option will not work.

Once you activate that setting the theme will start counting the views posts get. For this to happen the post views have to be active – http://prntscr.com/nli2rx

Also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Yes it is working now but I ‘m not able to change settings for footer sections.
In widgets there is nothing in footer widgets. it is just empty.
according to following documentation I should have widgets in footer1, footer2, footer3 blocks. https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
But unfortunately all 3 blocks are empty. and if I add any widget into that it is showing them below current content. May I know how can I change setting for current content?

You need to check in theme panel > footer > footer settings -> https://i.imgur.com/z3JQNuU.png there can be three options, you can have set a footer template from tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://i.imgur.com/r5DInHz.png or you can have set a footer page -> https://i.imgur.com/V8gU4MB.png or a standard footer styles -> https://i.imgur.com/rb4GIOm.png
I think that you are using footer style 1, if yes, this is a premade footer and it can not be edited -> https://i.imgur.com/a2Cnksj.png therefore you can not edit the elemnts from it, you can only add more in footer 1,2,3, if you want to edit the footer you can choose an empty footer and set the widgets you want in it -> https://i.imgur.com/dhVshoH.png -> https://i.imgur.com/WnezpeD.png or you can use a footer page.

and in footer settings I can see there no page or cloud template selected.

I think that you have set the footer style 1 -> https://i.imgur.com/UeNnoIW.png this is a pre-design footer style, predefined content, you can not edit it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ therefore you’ll need to change the footer if you want to have control over the footer content.
