Also, what would I put in the form url? Suppose the form is hosted at mysite.com/addpost >> is that the link for edit?
Ps: I have added a custom form via Raw HTML, will it still work?

Create a new page (form) as in the guide configured for posts: https://app.screencast.com/nYNgy91PQPdcC
Add the page’s link to the place I mentioned above, and you can edit the posts. Also, you can create a new page and add the post list shortcode. This page can be added to the My Account page.
So, the user can access the page with the posts list shortcode and edit the posts. Editing the post leads you to the form page, and after that, you can press the Update button, and the post will be saved with the modification you’ve applied there.
I’m not sure if it will work with that custom form. But the above steps are necessary to achieve what you need.
