I got a problem when i click social media share button to facebook,
the picture and description wont appear like a preview before(just a blank preview),
not sure what happen. Please help me.

It’s ok now but only the share button not appear.
I’m not sure now that i cannot add new post & edit post,
tagdiv composer button also not appear
and cannot customized in appearance.

Increase all the parameters if it’s the case.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.
Also please make a test and deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

Please make some tests activate only the theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, if the problem persist please change the theme with a default theme and see if the problem persist.

If I understand correctly you are saying that you can not longer make a new post in Newsmag
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
IF the problem is still there please try with a default theme, see if you can create a new post.

I’m sorry that I was not clear, it is not a new post issue, the issue that I am having is that when posts are shared on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) no preview image is displayed. Before contacting you I updated the PHP from version 5.6 to version 7.2 and increased the memory limit. I now have deactivated all but the TagDiv plugins and the issue persists. What should I try next? Thanks for your help.
