Hi there.
I notived that the sidepanel dissappeared in some of my post templates so that only one has the actual side panel.
Where do I change that? And how?
I feel I already tried to change it, so what else could be wrong? I noticed that the changes I make to one post template carries thorugh to other posts (obviously) – so do I need to manually change alle of the templates or is there a central place to change this?
Hello!
Please provide more information(screenshots/video) about the issue, what you need to achieve, and your website link.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Here is an imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/y7P6NCi
It seems the sidebar disaapears if I choose any other template than the first one.
It used to work. What settings do I need to handle here?
Hello!
You can enable that “More stories” sidebar from the theme panel settings -> https://app.screencast.com/e8zHqgdCMovOr
Thank you!
Hello!
By enabling that option, this sidebar should appear: https://app.screencast.com/ZLJM7vbLc2lqs
If it’s not appearing, then it could be a plugin conflict.
This is a standard feature, so you can not edit it with the tagdiv Composer.
We can check your issue via email.
Thank you!
Hi, yes, that’s not the problem. The sidebar from the tempalte doesn’t appear. I send multiple screenshots showing this. Can you please tell me why it’s gone on some templates and present on the default? And how to fix the problem so the side panel/bar shows again like before?
Hello!
When you scroll down on the post, the box should appear there in the single template default style too: https://app.screencast.com/X4lVA4ExnZUHB
Thank you!
I am sorry. But this is not my problem.
I am not talking about that sidebar that flies in when you scroll, but about that static right side og the page that is empty where there used to be content that goes again on all posts.
Maybe I am bad at explaining it… :/
I am talking about the page template. It doesnt show the side-content on half the posts. Only if I use the single post template…
That’s the problem. There should be A commercial, social media stuff, anything you put should display there. Why isnt it, when it used to do it?
It only display on ONE single post template, and I cant use the other styles, because then the above mentioned will disaapeear.

Hello!
You should assign all your posts the new cloud single template (magazine pro).
Check this guide for more information: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Let me know!
Thank you!
Hello!
You can assign any template you want there, but if you need some elements to be there, you should add them to the tagdiv Composer. Please note that you can not edit the default styles that are not customizable, and you can’t change the elements(their style) inside them.
Thank you for understanding!
This is frustrating.
This used to work when I installed the theme.
When you post something in any blog_template (that you choose as styles below each post) the sidebar will be the same on all of them, unless you choose it to not be.
My problem, that I have described in many ways and documented with pictures, is, that this sidebar disaapears on ALL the styles/templates except for the default one.
In other words I can’t see the sidebar (and NOT the sidebar that pops in from the side when you scroll) unless I choose the default blog post template. And it didn’t use to be like this. Also I can’t choose to alter it in the tagdiv composer.
This limits me to post blog templates as the sidebar is gone from all my choices.
How do I get it back to how it was, so I can use alle the styles WITH the sidebar showing?
Please ask a colleague to help with this one – maybe that Ana can help?
Hello!
If you have a backup, you can revert the changes you made.
I can’t see any other sidebar in your screenshots, so I said I’m not sure exactly what you need to achieve.
Check some guides here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
