Please switch to a wp default theme and check if new posts show up in that theme as well. I suspect a caching issue.
Please only use wp super cache and these settings

Thanks for your reply. I did as you suggested, installed wp super cache and copied the settings as suggested. I thought it fixed the problem as it updated temporarily, but now it’s not updating again. Can I email you login credentials so you can take a look? OR, do you think I need to pay to update WP Bakery Page Builder? I will email you direct with login credentials so you can take a look. thank you!
