We have a problem with the template after trying to update the version, version 9 which is included when downloading after purchase, the 10. We have not been able to update it, and after recovering the backup the main menu bar is not loaded nor the icons.
Could you also give us instructions for the update?
Good morning, I managed to leave the web running practically as it was before the update attempt. Now what happens to us is that if we write the address directly in the address bar it is when the icons are not shown. Once you click on the start icon, the web reloads and if they are displayed.

The best way to update the Newspaper Theme is to delete the current Newspaper Theme version and TagDiv Plugins and after that you can install the new version.

Overwriting files will cause conflicts.
