Hi there
after updating to the latest version of newspaper theme we cam mo longer see all cloud templates.
We can access cloud templates but the ALL option is no longer visible
We can access the templates via the tag div composer but not from the admin panel
When we tried to re-upload the theme this did not help unfortunatelly.
As info: We are running newspaper theme on a multisite.
We also tried to delete the cloud plugin and the tag div composer plugin.
But when we then tried to download these the site crashed and we had to restore from a backup.
Also as note: Newspaper theme runs in a child theme.
Hope you can help as this is a critical news website.

Thanks
Sven
Just to add, please see attached screenshot. Something seems to be broken with the templates.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Un7plokEY64IoJAp1_ZYH0f_R_2wYn3c/view?usp=sharing
So this is a problem not only for us but for all users?
Would it make sense to downgrade the theme to the version before?
Or shall we just wait?
Many thanks for advise
Sven
Hi Bettina,
it looks like the emails I sent as response to this ticket did not make it to you.
Question was – is this an issue only affecting us or a general plugin problem which we have to be patient until you have a fix?
Secondly is this related:
Mobile header in Chrome and Firefox.
It is not opening for us,
We can open the header in Safari just fine and also on desktop.
From what we checked, it seems not to be an issue with the cache.
Can you perhaps point us to the right direction on how to fix this?
You can check on https://www.livetube.tv/news

Hello Sven!
It’s a general problem. Please make sure that Cloudflare is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ and you disabled the Rocket Loader.
Also, make a test and deactivate the cache plugin that you use.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi Bettina
we have deactivated the cache and also the settings in Cloudflare are as you describe, but still the problem is persistent.
Could you please help us further as we need this menu to work – otherwise mobile visitors can not use our newsroom.
Thanks
Sven
Hello Sven!
Sure, we can take a look at this and investigate why is not working for you. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin URL and credentials
– cpanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hi Bettina
do you have any update on the new version with the fix for the cloud library on multisite installations? You said this would be fixed with the next update?
Thanks
Sven
Thanks Bettina for getting back.
We are seeing quite many error logs in our debug file from TagDiv.
Is this all related or are these different things and can you help us with this?
Many thanks
Sven

Hello Sven!
I recommend you to change your php version as recommended in our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If the problem persists, then we can investigate further via email.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
we are running php 8.0 on the entirer system.
We have not yet changed to 8.1
Hope this clarifies
Thanks
Sven
HI Bettina, thanks for getting back.
Before sharing any confidential information, may I ask if this is a public or private thread?
Thanks
Sven
Bettina, as soon as you have confirmed I will send the login details.
One additional question:
Because of the extreme load sometimes not all featured images are imported.
We have set the default thumbnail and it is working accross our page.
However, it is not showing on the main big grid on the top as you can see ffrom the screenshots below. There it is only blue but not showingg the image.
Image size is 1920×1920 so it should also be large enough for the top Grid.
Thanks
Sven

Hello Sven!
Please send the credentials via email, not in this thread.
They are cropped automatically: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/ ; that’s why you can disable the thumbs you are not using. Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.
After changing the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
Thank you!
Hi Bettina,
we are still facing issues with the cloud library,
You were advising that this would be fixed with an update soon. but this was in April this year. When can we expect this to be working?
I have added a screenshot from the area which we would like to change some settings for our post template. But the links are not working. Also not when we deactivate all plugins and clear all caches, same as in April.
Thanks for advise.
Sven
As a note – we can open the templates via Theme Panel – Cloud library,
Then the WordPress Cloud Templates folder opens.
Here is the link it opens
xxx/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=tdb_templates&meta_key=tdb_template_type&meta_value=header#/
But not from the cloud templates link in the sidebar or clicking the template type.
