Problem theme installation.

After I bought the theme, I tried to upload both ways via WordPress or FTP but do not work at all. I also researched on your support forum and saw answers suggesting to go through steps like developers would understand. (example – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/uploading-theme-not-working/, https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/)

I’m not a developer and already spent hours on this. Please give me the refund. I don’t want to deal with it anymore.

I you need a refund, please open a request her: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will accept it, but please note that we will also be able to help with the install if you want to use the theme. You can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and capanel access so we can investigate why you cannot install the theme.
