Please help, I have been struggling for a long time with the problem of loading menus in the template. In the beginning everything works fine and usually the next day around 1pm it stops working attached a screenshot from the console indicating no access to files on the server, I cleaned the cache and the next day it’s always the same, I even applied another plugin to the cache but it didn’t change anything. What could it be, please help as I am helpless with this and it is affecting the performance of the sites severely. I am currently not clearing the cache to show the problem live. Please check and help urgently.

It’s possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Hi,
I checked on my other website eross.co.uk and I turned off the cache plugin there and it worked after turning it on the next day until 1 o’clock in the afternoon it works and then no more.
I also disabled the security plugin and cleared the cache after that, but that had no effect either. Are there any sites where the newspaper with cache works properly?
