My website https://supernaturalgreece.gr/ is really, really slow (>10sec to load). Many people complained to me about the problem
Two weird things are happening:
1) The site loads faster on the smartphone (different theme, so I believe it’s the Newsweek PRO Demo that creates the issue).
2) I tested my site from gtmetrix, pagespeed insights, Pingdom. The page load takes 1.3 seconds, and my score is really high.
PS: In the past 2 weeks I have 500 internal server error.
PS2: I had another prebuilt demo before Newsweek PRO, and I had no problems.

That’s strange! We will investigate this issue on all our demos.
Make sure you use the latest update of the theme and plugins.
If you do not use default templates and styles, then you can deactivate the Standard Pack plugin.

Hello again.
I changed the theme to FAST NEWS PRO, but I still see the exact same problem. Very slow site, while the standard mobile theme is very fast and the same applies to the WordPress dashboard where I have no issues. I noticed that by removing one of the cloud templates, everything runs smoothly on my site. Every time I try a theme from cloud templates, it’s very slow.
I also noticed that for some reason the php.ini file had been deleted, and I had to recreate it. Is there a guide with the files needed for the themes, so I can see if any others have been deleted?
Why do I only have the issue with Newspaper and not with any other theme?

You should optimize your website and increase the page speed score as much as you can.
Please check the tutorials from Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
