Hello,

I’m having some problems setting up the mobile site. As you can see from the attachment this site’s https://www.skincare-anti-aging.com/ home page have these issues, that I came across. (Iuse newspaper_recipes template)

1) Home page image grid doesn’t show up.
2) Header looks small, appearing in the center, though I have tested with bigger image sizes.
3) The nav menu doesn’t work. Nothing happens when I click it. This sigh # shows at the end of the domain name (.com#)

I want the menu to slide across similar to the example site http://general-health-tips.com
The image header shows properly in this site. Please note though it’s ‘Sahifa Theme’, I just wanted to show it as an example.

So, could you guide me how to set up my site properly so that it looks best with mobile devices.

Thanks
Neevin

Hi,

Please note that content for mobile pages has to be entered through the Mobile editor. Pages created with the composers will not be displayed. This is meant to improve the performance on mobile and give the opportunity to present a simple website version on mobile devices.
The mobile theme plugin is optional, it can be deactivated. Then the same content from desktop will be displayed on mobile, adapted for mobile due to the main theme full responsiveness.
The logo is recommended to be of this size for best results on mobile devices

Different results could be achieved through customization.
Here you can find more about how the mobile theme works

Regarding the navigation not working, there was an issue with the plugin functionality but it is fixed at the moment. Please follow this topic

Try the suggestions from the topic and the mobile them should work as intended.

Thanks

Hello Simion,

Thanks for the help. I thought of checking how it goes after deactivating the mobile plugin. Once I did that, everything got solved for the above 3 issues. The header is stretched, home page grid and other posts started to show up, and the navigation button works.

So I believe that plugin must have been creating some conflicts.

Neevin
