Hello,
There is a problem regarding the backgrounds for rows/columns any kind of backgrounds. These backgrounds load last on any page, and they may not even appear if.. there is a problem with the Google Ads.

The background image and background color won’t appear if there is a conflict like this one, here are 2 screenshots, with Google Ads:
The solution would be to somehow make it a priority – for the page to load all it’s backgrounds, and Google ads afterwards, since when it is loading the background the last, and there is a conflict – these rows/columns look white and it is a real problem!

Please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflicts, please deactivate all non theme plugins and let only those that contain the word “tagDiv” in there names, make sure that you clear all cache and try again to see if the problem persist.
Also make sure that the ads that you are using are good/deliver to your website, set an default WordPress theme and check to see if those ads are appearing.

The ads are regular Google Ads, nothing else, as you can see in the screenshots.

Did you tested the ads with a default WordPress theme? if is working normally please deactivate all non heme plugins and try again.

What is there to test – these are Google Ads! This is happening only to the backgrounds, nothing else is affected.

Please make sure that you have the last version of the Newspaper theme (v9.8) in this version the background ads should work normal; also make sure that you have all the theme requirements set as in our guide from here , also make sure that if you are using the Cloudflare (CDN) is set as in our documentation from here .

Updated the theme, did all the steps in the CDN, still the image doesn’t show up, here is the screenshot 
, need help! The conflict appears to a specific user, targeted in US, in specific sessions as you can see. We need the image to load before the ad, as the conflic appears, and it never ends and due to this the image loads last.

Only works if I inlined everything, so via tagdiv composer it doesn’t work unfortunately, only background color – but the image doesn’t appear. It would be nice in the next update to make the images appear first.
Let me know if you need any other feedback, we have at least 200 messages of people not seeing the background – bad!
The advertiser that is targeting these ads is criterio, if that helps somehow.
We tested without any plugins, same thing.
