I am receiving an error when trying to use TagDiv Composer on new pages. On pages that were already there, the TagDiv Composer works fine. The Error says Error at zones: 5(models) :4(dom). The model does not match the content. I read through the forums and saw that it was suggested to deactivated all plugins to see if the error still occurs and it does occur even with all plugins deactivated.
Please let me know what else it can be
Hi,
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
When tagDiv Composer is not working -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
This can be a plugin conflict, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you
Ok what I found is if I remove all plugins and only use the plugins that say Tagdiv on it, then it works. I tried adding each plugin back one by one. I found that after a certain number of plugins are installed, the same error comes back. It does not seem to matter which plugins are installed as I tried several different ways and got the same thing. Do you have any thoughts on this?
Ok after a couple of hours I found a workaround but I am not sure if this is supposed to work this way.
I have to take the page and put it in draft mode to enter tagdiv composer. If I try to edit it while its published it gives me the error.
I cannot figure out what plugin is causing the error. Sometimes the error occurs after activating Woocommerce and then another time JetPack and then another time a totally different plugin. I’ve tried different combinations and eventually, it results in the same error.
Hi,
Unfortunately, I can not say for each plugin comes this error, just make sure that you clear all cache after you deactivate a plugin, also please check if you do not have some code set in that page that can caused this problem; also there are only a few plugins tested with our theme.
This is our list with tested plugins with our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cmPkh9jba4sZ
Thank you!
