Saving a modify template

Hi. When I edit a “Cloud Library header template”and click icon disk to save, the process does not end and changes are not updated (the circle does not stop turning).

WP version: 5.2.4–es_ES
Newspaper version: 9.8

Please, I spend a lot of time on this.

Hello,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
