Hello,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and purge CDN files if you use it.
Let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.
Thank you!

Hello,

You can try one more thing. The name of the sidebar should not have spaces or any other character than conventional (Latin) letters. We encountered this issue before, and special characters used in the sidebar title or the widgets titles can cause them to crash.
If this does not do it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials so we can take a look. Please also paste a link to this topic so we know who you are and what the problem is.

Thank you!

Trank you for your reply.
But the code I mentioned I just out this last hours.
Without this code the element in the sidebar.m, in my case the ad, I just showing up the half of it. Like 100px width.

So I put this css code to see the ad in mobile.

As I said, the problem isn’t at the homepage.
In homepage site everything seems fine.
But on post pages the sidebar element breaks to the bottom.
And then on mobile screen u can see only the half of the element. Because I think there is something which is blocking.

Thx.

Hello,

I have checked your site again and i saw the problem. For some reason a span element gets moved inside a row http://screencast.com/t/VHxD28xllx. We are not sure where this comes from. If you have modifications to your theme files please undo them and check your site again. If not, please try to update your theme to the latest version and also update visual composer (use the version that comes with the theme).
Let us know if the problem is still there after the update.
Please use these tutorial to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Thank you!

so i found the error.
when i close the div tag:

<div class=”td-post-content”>
then the sidebare jumps to the bottom. but when i delete just the div close tag </div>
then everything seems perfect.

but is this right and ok just to delete the close tag?
or will i have other problems later? :/

thanks!

Hello,

We do not know where the problem comes from It should not be there. Something got corrupted. Please update your theme as i suggested above and let us know after the update.
PS: deleting a closing tag will create problems in other parts of the website. It’s never a good idea even if it seems to resolve the problem at the moment.

Thank you!
