This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin and a cache plugin that is not configurate for mobile cache.
What you can do is to disable the mobile theme and use the responsive version, or if you prefer to keep the mobile theme plugin, then check the cache settings and in case that do not have a mobile cache try the WP Super Cache.

That is sorta the issue. When I click on Plugins in Theme Panel, I only see one plugin (Revolution Slider) instead of all of them so I am unable to disable Mobile Theme and use the responsive version (which is my preference).
Also I can not figure out this TGM error issue.

If you have admin access then you should be able to disable those posts, but, if you don’t then it can be set some restrictions for your account. If you agree, we can check more via email.

Ahh, I thought that is what you meant before but was looking for the mobile theme under Appearance Themes, then I checked under Newspaper – Theme Panel – Plugins but nothing there, then I looked under plugins but I was searching for something with Newspaper but it was under tagDiv so totally my bad and just not familiar enough. I appreciate your help. I disabled mobile theme plugin and all is good with the mobile version of the theme. THANK YOU
