My site constantly stops working because of the resulting overload.
In the server settings : the CPU core load was 3.5%. This is enough for 92 % of hosting sites, but not for my site! I had to increase it to 7%. But that didn’t help either. However, there are no users on the site yet.
Please tell me why this is happening , what is wrong in my settings?

Nothing helps. Already 5 plugins are trying to fix the situation. The site loading results are appalling. It turns out that the theme is absolutely not optimized for SEO. Lots of problems.. The page size is huge. Third-party wordpress code blocks downloads for 825sec!
