Hi Tag Div team,
I wanted to use purchase your live services on hourly basis for one of my websites. How can I proceed? It’s using your Newspaper Theme, and the site is currently crashing. Sometimes it says 503 errors and sometimes it says Database unavailable. I talked with Inmotion hosting they said it is an development and website side error. Site gets 300k pageview per day so it’s a very important website for us.

Please make sure that you have met all the theme requirements: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Also make sure not to have a plugin conflict. This happened after you have installed the Newspaper Theme? Also please make sure that you have installed the theme properly as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
If you are certain that all of the steps found in those 2 tutorials are completed please let me know !
