The error occurs when when you are logged in as administrator. The entire site doesn’t come up. Can you trouble shoot for me. I have no clue where to start.

Please try to reinstall the theme and the theme plugins and see how it goes.
Also disable any untested plugins.

There is a serious error on wp_booster CSS compiler: tried a fresh install too, no luck.
Turned debug mode on and saw few critical errors about wp_booster scripts.
Downgraded to v8.6
Fix needed.

i increased the max vars but it is not acknowledged in the system status.
also my wp memory limit is set to 64 and that is not acknowledged in the system status.

For those who have the same problem. The problem comes from the plugin TAGDIV COMPOSER AND NEWSLETTER. So, I took the old plugin in the first download folder (2 months ago) and I replaced by FTP the new plugin by the old ones. Everything works again. I lost my CSS and my widget because it’s been 5 hours that I’m trying to repair, I uninstall everything and reinstall and lost my day because no one answers us on the forum. I can send old plugin files if anybody wants it.

There is no need to be afraid of the new update.
People do not update the theme plugins and do not clear cache after the update. That is why you see all the issues posted here.
