Hello am finding it difficult to get this Layout slider post and a four-block post layout. I have included the screen shot of what i wanted to achieve

Our theme only provides 2 sliders. One is this one: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ios-slider/ and the other is this one: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-slide/ There is no slider elements that can show a big thumb and 4 smaller thumbs. The grid you show does not have any sliding options.

The big grid slide is an element like any other that can be found in visual composer. When you edit a page and press the + button to add a new element, a list will show with all of the theme elements you can use:

The big grid slide element is not in my visual composer. could it be that i need to update my visual composer?

I have update both the template and the visual composer and yet the big grid slide element is still not in the element

The big grid slide element is missing from your site because you use the newsmag theme. You are writing in the wrong forum. The newsmag theme does not have the big grid slide element. It only has the ios slider element http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/slider/
Please write in the appropriate forum that is intended for the newsmag theme. This is the newspaper theme forum.
PS change your password as you posted it on a public forum and other people could have grabbed the info.
