No. I can’t add an image through the tagdiv composer.
I’m not using Gutenberg and I’ve deactivated it. I’m using the classic editor. I’ve added a featured image there, but it’s not showing up.

Did you select the Standard Format? I can see that you have not added any images in your smart lists. Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and that there is not a plugin conflict. Deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
