I noticed after the update my smart sidebar is not showing on POSTS even when it’s toggled “on” for sitewide options.

The smart sidebar will apply if there is a sidebar set for the posts

I checked a few of your posts and they don’t have a sidebar set – https://prnt.sc/omursy so there can’t be a smart sidebar if there is no sidebar.
First please check if there is a sidebar set for the posts – https://prnt.sc/omuskq
Then check if the sidebar contains widgets – https://prnt.sc/omut9y
If you have created sidebars, please try to not use various characters in their names

I temporarily deactivated the smart bar for the user experience.
I have the sidebar defaulted to set at the RIGHT position, but its showing on the left

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Also make sure that you Cloudflare (CDN) is set as in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

I deactivated all plugins and the side bar is still reverting to the bottom of the page (when smart side bar is turned off). Still overlaying on the left when smart side bar is turned on).
Is the CDN necessary? I just updated nameservers to a new ad partner and don’t want to use a CDN at the moment.

There is no need for CDN, this is optional.
