I have read all forum here, try unactive all plugins firs.
So I have trying unactive all plugins and clear chche, also same. no result !
Can you help me pls. .?

I have inspected your website and I saw that you have many errors in your console, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/z8ZyxllV Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch and install the theme via FTP method because this is the surest way in this regard. Thanks for your suggestion, Sir.
I have remove all plugins, and than reinstall the theme, finally i found that WPBakery Visual Composer plugins to make My sidebar Theme not to be smart.
Our WPBakery Visual Composer plugins problem, i see the plugins need to update. i have many times install and reinstall, but same result.
As You Know, I have install the Newspaper theme V 7.5. and plugins that come bundled with the theme.
Pls Give me some help, Sir

The plugin provides a message that a new version is available, yes, but it does not mean you HAVE to update. Please ignore the message as the latest version is not yet provided in the theme package. Please only use the version of visual composer we provide along with the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
