Social Counter not showing counts

Having the same issue here with Facebook count not updating. It’s been this way for a week or two now. My website is tobychristie.com

Please try to disconnect and reconnect the Facebook account, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.

Hello, this isn’t working for me as well in theme version 12.6.3.
The social counters shows old followers numbers (all of them).

at all at social counter and only the text to follow?
