My facebook social, INSTAGRAM, YOUTUBE,GOOGLE+, count is ZERO since I updated theme to last version, I tried all indications given by support from this forum but counter is still zero.

What can I do and how to resolve this issue?

Please update your theme to the latest version (7.1) and also update the social counter plugin by disabling and delete files from your plugins section and then install it from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/UZawGpBvDjJ

Please make sure you clear cache and also remove the id;s and add them again so the counter can reset.

i have the same Issue on my Website, but only with the Instagram Counter: http://www.micccp.com
I have already updated the Theme and the Plugin an already clear the cache but nothing changed.
I dont know why but if i look at the instagram url from the button the url ends with a # and that is wrong.
How i can fix it?

Hi,
Please make sure you have version 4.1 of the social counter installed, and then clear all caches. If the counter does not work ,please change the user id. try cocacola so the id gets reset as well and then switch back toyour own ID. This should do it.

I downloaded the new version of newspaper 7 as you have advised me, thank you! Now SOCIAL COUNTER work properly, however, the top menu completely changed, I can not access the site directly configuration, I am forced to each time to connect to (http://www.tjena.fr/wp-admin/).
I can not change the font size! how to fix it?

I see you reverted to the newspaper 6 at the moment. The top menu did not change and the login widget is still present. Fonts can be changed as before from the theme panel. If thse option do not work for you, you might have a plugin conflict. As the code got changed in newspaper 7, some plugins might not be compatible anymore in version 7. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test the login and the fonts again.
