I’m been having this issue for over a year, and I need some help. – my site is TheAutomationBlog.com, and only Twitter updates, Facebook and YouTube are stuck at old counts?

I should also mention I do not have a caching plugin enabled
I’ve just purchased a new license of Newspaper Theme (my third) and updated it to the latest and greatest (along with all the updated plugins,) as of today, 06-19-20, 2pm EDT, and it is still an issue ?

Thank you for sharing the same link I had provided you – and for ignoring the fact that I already said I’ve triple checked it – hey, why not check a forth time?
That aside, if I can’t find a replacement widget I’ll contact your support department and give them access to a clone of my website to see if they can figure out what’s wrong.

Update: Just in case this helps anyone else, I found that I had to follow the below article to get the social counter to work (and for YouTube only my user name with all lower case characters works)

Note – this may only work in version 10.3 and greater? I’m running 10.3.5.
Still not getting the right number from Facebook, but I’m moving on to bigger things

If the facebook id is set corectly ->https://i.imgur.com/OXoiyLv.jpg then you should get the results.

i have the exact same problem but only with instagram i cant get it to work and on post sharing for example twitter isnt not displaying the correct username on twitter instead is showing the web name only that the first word has a @

Make sure that the social are set in social counter as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ for Instagram make sure that you have set the api key -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
Make sure that the og is enable as in our documentation form here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ and you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
