I couldn’t add the social counter in any part of my website (page, single post, footer)
Every time I drag it nothing appears (same thing for social shares, they’re only visible in the mobile version)
Any tips on how to make it work?
PS: Information in Theme Panel > Social Networks is filled out

The Social Counter element is working on every page built in the TagDiv Composer. Please make sure when you drag & drop the element, it will appear a green box where you can apply the element.

If this problem happening if you edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer and you grad there the element?
Can you test it using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persist?

I created a brand new page and tried it again. Same error

It could be a plugin conflict there or something that can interfere in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/, so please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again.
