Dear team,
After the update for some reason I miss the ‘Source’ and ‘Via’ buttons in editor mode.
I may have missed something, but can you explain? Thanks.

Hello!

Make sure that the theme and plugins are up to date too. Check if all the needed tagdiv plugins are active in Newspaper -> Plugins.

Thank you!

All plugins are updated. Pls see @ https://imgur.com/jF4fHcb

Only this one isn’t:

Plugins disabled automatically
The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper: tagDiv Mobile Theme
For update please check the plugins section

Which I checked, but no outdated after last upgrade?

In fact, when creating a post, I just have my standard editor without any Newspaper options available. Should I go back to the previous version of Newspaper or can you assist online? Thank you.

Perhaps my Newspaper subscription period has been broken?

Hello!

You can go to Newspaper -> Plugins and there you can upgrade, install and activate that plugin if you need it.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Edit every article and add their own source at the bottom of the page in Gutenberg: https://prnt.sc/luIJRVlP8V5X
After that, click view and you need to edit the single template with the TagDiv Composer. You need to add this element in order to display the source:https://prnt.sc/97eVV4BPsqtK and this one: https://prnt.sc/OsPqRrnQUL8K for via name. Save an view the results.

Thank you!

Hi Bettina,
Perhaps I dont understand, but the issue is not the mobile functionallity.
And all plugins are updated to the correct versions (see the picture in my previous responses).
As I wrote, the typical edit page that we get editing a post, has been disappeared and instead I get the standard editor page, on which the Via and Source information is missing (with the group option etc). Therefore this information is missing as well on the final results page.
All pages that have been edited with the functionallity are showing the Source and Via buttons with referrals.

Hope you understand, sorry for the confusion.
@ https://cloudzeeland.nl I created with CSS a Source alike link under every page myself.

Hello!

Do you have the standard pack plugin installed and active in the Newspaper -> Plugins?

Thank you!

Yes, I even disabled, removed it and re-installed it again as indeed my suspicion was towards that functionallity.
Might it be a setting in SQL that is off instead of on? Just thinking with you.
Can I check?

Thanks for your swift reply.
Removing AMP and Mobile templates without reinstallation solved the issue!
Are there any issues reported by fellow users about this?

Hello!

No. I just specified above that the mobile theme overwrites the first two mobile versions presented there.

Thank you!
