The ID is the one in front of the vertical line. Check with google page speed and see which one needs to be moved. Select the ones mentioned by google.
wp-color-picker seems to be the only one detected by google page speed insight

Please check your system status screen and see if speedbooster has not been disabled . Unfortunatly it cannot move every js and css for plugins. by default it has a compatibility functuion that can be removed but we cannot guarantee it will move all of the js and css to the footer.

It could be that the color picker plugin is simply not supported by our speed booster plugin. That is why it had the compatibility function included in the first place. it was only tested with those particular plugins. Other plugins than that could not work properly. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee speedbooster will move untested plugins css or js.

This could be a part of another plugin. It does not mean it is a stand alone plugin. It is simply the color picker from a certain software that has a css file.
Try to disable all plugins except the page builder and then reactivate them one by one and check the page source for the color picker code after each one so you can identify where it comes from.
