The tag composer is not working. It just sits and spins, There is no error or nothing. I disabled all plug ins and it still does the same thing. the domain I am working on is outinmaine.com

Also be sure to check all the other requirements as well.
Ultimately investigate plugins, disable them one by one (except theme plugins) while checking if the issue is fixed, or all at once. Let us know what you find.

Thank you for the email. I have gone through all the plug ins. I disabled all of them and that yielded nothing. I also have increased resources so that they are way over the requirements and that id not work either. I really did try to remove the issue so that I did not have to bother anyone.
Could be something with the htaccess file, rules/code entered in it. You could try as well to empty the htaccess file and re-save the permalinks in WordPress settings. Then check again.

I received an email asking to upgrade php and to try code to my htaccess. I have tried the addition of the code you provided below in the htaccess. I then get internal server error. so I have to remove it to get the site to work again. I did upgrade the php and that did not work either. I have already provided login access information in the email sent to contact@tagdiv.com
Not trying to nag but I received an email that the login did not work and I went ahead to reset it. I also tested it and it works fine. I am still waiting to get this working, and have done everything I have been asked.
Please continue the discussion by email, hopefully we can identify why the issue in your case is happening. Sometimes it is quite difficult to get to the bottom of the problem, as there are many things that can go wrong. Thank you for understanding.
