Hi there – I installed this theme on a sample site and had issues getting the TagDiv composer to work. Someone on your team helped me out, I’m not sure what they did (something in the back end), but now that I am installing it again, I’m having an issue getting the TagDiv composer to work. I can’t find the records of the conversation with the team member, so I’m not exactly what he said he did to make it work.

I believe I found the email you are referring to. The solution that worked in that case was to enter this code in the htaccess file

Also be sure to check the theme requirements for WordPressr and server
