Hello, yesterday I realised I have some issues with Tag Div Composer on my site. I wanted to change color overlays on some blocks, but after clicking a color box in TDC panel the only thing I can see is a little box with empty form (screenshot). Before that I was able to chose colors with a color picker. Putting color code manually into the form doesn’t work too. I can’t also change font settings, new settings don’t apply to the page.
I’ve disable all plugins except Newsletter plugins to see if there are no conflicts – it doesn’t help. I’ve also chcecked it out in several web browsers. At this moment I’m rolling out backups to my dev server to see when this issue appeared. Could you help me with this?

Please make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins, and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If that problem is still there, then please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Hi Bettina, I have probably found a source of the problem. I’m using a Dokan multivendor plugin and after analysing my backup files I can see that the problem with TagDiv Composer ocours only with the newest version of the Dokan plugin. I will do some more testing and when I will be 100% sure it is Dokan that causes the problem, I will inform Dokan devs about this.
