TAG DIV Composer Not Loading

Hi,

We are facing issues when we open home page with tag div composer and click on the any section to changes then left side popup not loading, sometime it’s loading sometime not loading.

Can you check and help to resolve it.

Hi,
Please do a test using only the theme plugins to be sure that there is no extra plugin interfering.
Also, please check our guide for When tagDiv Composer is Not Working.

Thanks for the reply!!

It’s working for the primary domain (theprint.in) but we are getting issues only in sub domain website (hindi.theprint.in).

Any things specific setting for the sub domain news papper theme or TD composer plugins in server side ? please suggest

We have seperate licence key for the domain and sub domain theme.

Please help to resolve it

If you checked the above guide for staging and also everything from the theme requirements is set, and the problem persists. please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide wp-admin access and cPanel for the subdomain. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
