Hello!
Upon trying to upload Cloud templates for header and footer styles, I have encountered an error. Uploaded headers are broken and displayed only as a list of tags on the frontend. I’ve tried a couple of different ones, all making the same error.

Prior to this problem, even trying to fetch existing cloud templates result in a red error message (500 Internal server error). The website was set up yesterday, with all the latest plugins and theme versions (all activated).

First of all, please make sure you have the latest version of the theme(11.4.1) and plugins, and all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
The 500 code would normally indicate an error on the server and you need to talk to the server developer for more info.

We’ve managed to set up some of the basic headers provided by the Newspaper theme.
Is it possible that the PRO templates have caused this issue?
