So we have purchased a license on themeforest and for some reason when we try to build a page with tagDiv Composer using tagDiv Cloud Library we get this message in red:
“Envato key is missing or invalid. Please register your theme using a valid key and try again.”

Is there any problem with our purchase key? When we check the Newspaper’s theme panel it says that it’s registered and so in the System Status tab. Should I Reset Key or something?

If it is the license key that it was used to create the account on the forum, then it is a valid license key. Can you please reset it and make sure that you do not have any cache or object cache that it is used, because it is possible that the problem to be related on them.
In case that the problem is still persisting, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide the wp-admin access and the license key.

I reset the key and it worked thank you very much! I don’t know if I can add just a quick question: We are using Newsweek Pro and on another website I’ve a Default One with more options on headers and footers. Is it due to the Standard Pack? We haven’t activated the Standard Pack in this Newsweek Pro website, should we? Would it break anything if we did?

We do not encourage you to use the Standard Pack plugin with the default templates.
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates(do not need the Standard Pack plugin for them) in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
