Trying to launch the tagdiv composer to customize my site but I’m just getting a white blank screen. Any ideas what could be causing this? And if so what steps to fix.

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2
You need to access your host and use this code in your htaccess file:

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
