Hello,
I am having this issue, i will try to explain:
1- i create a new page
2- save it
3- open in TagDiv Composer
4- Work on the page, put some blocks, images, etc
5- Save it
6- Preview the page – looks good
7- Close Tag Div Composer
8- I see the codes in the normal editor
9- If i open again the page in the TagDiv Composer, all my work is gone….. clear all data
10- Return to normal editor without saving in TagDiv Composer, and the editor is blank all codes dissapear
What can i check for that?
I didn’t have the problem a couple of weeks ago.
Thanks
Hi,
So you create the page, add the composer elements you want and save it. Then if you edit that page again with the composer it is blank?
The page content as well as posts content should be stored in the database of the website as soon as you save them.
You could check if there are enough resources as a first step

Also as a quick test deactivate all your plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Redo the steps you mention and check if the same happens. Could be a plugin conflict of some kind.
Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Made some more tests
With recent plugins disabled
I copied again all the files of the plugin Tag Div Composer
start to works
modified a page
save the page
open again with TDC
i got the message the Error at rows: 3(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content
Clear cache (i have wp super cache)
open page with TDC and works fine
make some more changes
save the page
open again and i have the problem again
and the loop is that, if i clear cache and open again it works, etc.

Could be a setting from the Super cache. I made some tests with the plugin active, kept modifying a page, saving it, then opening and modifying it again. Can’t recreate this issue.
Please check if you use only these settings in the cache plugin

Guide is somewhat outdated, some settings were moved or renamed in the latest plugin versions, but they still do the same thing
