As the title says. I have tried to open a page in the Tagdiv composer and it remains as a grey screen. Please can you provide assistance.
Additionally, when trying to ‘add new’ within cloud templates, it says ‘Invalid reply from server endpoint.’

The first thing to check would be the theme requirements, system status section

It is imperative that the parameters mentioned in the guide are configured properly. Insufficient resources can cause many issues with the theme or the plugins, if needed ask your hosting provider to increase them as specified.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank or grey pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible

The issue with the cloud library plugin is currently being investigated.

Thanks. It nows loads but I get the following error … “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!”
Hi,
Is that error present on all pages, check with a new page. That message would appear if the page contains elements that were not added with the tagDiv composer, only pages built with it should be edited. Let us know.
