tagdiv composer is not working

i am not able to edit anything, i sent out email as well on your support email, but did not get any reply back, poor support response time

And It has AMP compatible problems

when you try to edit anything it displays 404 error

Hello,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins, including wp bakery, except tagDiv ones; also, if you use a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.
