Good evening.
Sometimes when I want to edit post page, or search page, I cannot find the ‘Edit with tagDiv Composer’. Can you help me ? In the homepage I can see, but only there. =/
Another thing is that is showing me in the homepage is a space with the words ‘Google Search Engine’ between the Grid Flex and the Menu. How can I fix it (take it out)?
Thank you in advance! =D

Hello !

This happens because not all of your templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer. You can either import a template for each option you would like to customize ( template for posts. template for categories, template for author, etc…) And that can be done by going into the Cloud Library:https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/

Or the easier way is to simply install a PRO Demo https://forum.tagdiv.com/demos_introduction/ ; All the PRO Demos are fully editable using tagDiv Composer.

I hope this was helpful!

Thank you!

Hey Vlad. thanks for your reply. Currently I am using the Default PRO so we shouldnt have this problem, but I still cannot edit further those pages. You can take a look here: http://15.161.194.119/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Captura-de-Tela-2021-05-10-às-09.00.22-2.png

Another question is concerning the blank between the header and the flex grid. Can you help me with that?
You can see in this link: http://15.161.194.119/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Captura-de-Tela-2021-05-10-às-09.00.07-2.png

Hello !

We need to take a look to see what the issue might be there.
For the GOOGLE Search text problem it appears that there is an element set or an AD that it is not loading.

Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

– admin url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you

Our team will take a look ! Please note that at the moment the support is a bit crowded. Replying may take up to 24 hours.

Thank you !

Hi fabioloutfi, hi vlad,

I hope it´s ok with you that I join the conversation. It seems that I have encountered a similar issue, maybe it helps solving the problem. If not I can open another ticket.

So,here´s the issue:

I can install footer templates from cloud library and can edit them right after downloading.

But later in my list of cloud templates, the “edit with tagdiv composer” option is not displayed if the template type is “footer” – with all other templates it works fine…

In the theme panels´ footer options I selected an edited cloud template.
I don´t have the basic plugin installed (and I don´t want to install it again due to page speed).

cheers, Kristof

Hello Kristof!

In order to edit a page with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit it.

For more information about this plugin, check this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Please take a look here also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/

Thank you!

Hi Bettina,
thanks for the answer.
Unfortunately that did not help me.

As I tried to describe:
– I am using Cloud/PRO templates
– I edit them right after downloading
– I hit the save button, close the template
– I want to edit them again, but there´s no way to open them in Tagdiv composer 8teh button does not show)
– the problem occurs only with footers. I can re-edit headers and any other template type.

I would like to use three different footers, each of them on up to 5-10 pages.
To edit each footer individually on page can not be the solution.

Thanks

Hi Kristof!

You can only modify the footer with TagDiv Composer if you go to a page where it is assigned and edit that page with TagDiv Composer, and then you will have access to the footer also. You should modify once the footer and that footer template will be automatically modified on the other pages where it is assigned.

Thank you!
