Tagdiv Composer not working

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

In order to edit a page/post with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Try to do these steps:

1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

You have an old theme version https://i.imgur.com/Klwq76P.png with the latest WordPress version https://i.imgur.com/bYWsRZ2.png that it is way is no longer working -> https://i.imgur.com/4dhtbjQ.png. You need to make a full backup for your website and database and update the theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ use method B (update via FTP) and make sure that you update the theme plugins from newspaper welcome section and newspaper > Plugins.
