It’s so weird experience, Tagdiv composer not working, it’s just spinning for long hours

Hi,
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme(11.4.2) and plugins too, that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
So, please make sure you don’t have a plugin conflict.
Also, please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Thanks for your response. I already have latest update of the theme(11.4.2) and plugins too. And it was working fine since last 3 months.it happened yesterday.I am not using Cloudflare.

I have been struggling with the theme for the last 3 days, in The website tagdiv composer is not working. My live users are getting stuck because of this according to the forum discussion with you, everything is updated to the latest version in the theme.

It’s very strange and bad experience, during the theme purchase I paid for premium support also but still not getting any solution. As I told you there is negative impact on the live users and website got stuck, after all not getting any solution. Please resolve my concern ASAP.Please

I had the same problem but i manage to fix the error by updating php version to the latest.
