Hello, my tagDiv composer does not load.
I just get a load screen that goes on forever: https://ibb.co/BtZzThx
I did try the things in this post: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
However, I don’t really understand how to do the steps in #1.

Any help to get the composer to load will be greatly appreciated as my header currently shows the newspaper template header, and I can’t update it.

Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Thanks for the details; I went one at a time and tried all of your suggestions but still no success. I have reached out to support, and I hope to have this fixed soon.
