Hello, I have a problem on my site, when I create new page and edit it with TagDiv editor, the page is empty when opened on mobile with Mobile Theme plugin. I even created “mobile” version of every page that doesn’t work but it has not help.

Here is an example of such a page: https://svetapple.sk/redakcia/

Thank you!

Hello @vangeorgo!

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.

Thank you!

Hello thank you for your answer. I am happy with Mobile Theme plugin for posts and homepage etc. just need to find a solution how to create pages with content.

In the example you can see that on desktop the page has content, but no content on mobile devices

Hello @vangeorgo!

If the page was created with TagDiv Composer, the same content cannot be displayed on the mobile theme layout.
You can add only simple content for the mobile theme in the Mobile Editor section while you edit the page with Gutenberg: https://prnt.sc/o3wAcxYVV59H

Thank you!

Okay, that’s unfortunately not what I wanted to hear, I hope you can add support for TDcomposer to the Mobile theme soon.

Have a nice day
