TagDiva composer is displayed unproperly

Hi,

I’m using newspaper 9.1 version, when I press the “TagDiv composer” button the composer displayed unproperly.
It looks cut(the panel in the left side is displayed partially).
The panel in the right side is empty and I cant close it.

Please advice

Hi eran@razgamliel,

First please clear all cache and force refresh the website, and check again, if the problem is still there please check the Requirements for Newspaper

If the problem persist please try the below steps:
Please go on themeforest and login with your credentials and get the theme with all files:
What’s included in the Newspaper theme package -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/

After that please deactivate the tagDiv Composer and go in theme file and delete it
( you find the plugin in wp-content>plugins ) ,after that install the new tagDiv Composer.
Let us know how it works.

Hi Calin,

Thanks for your reply.

I did all the steps you mentioned and nothing worked. I tried changing the language of the admin panel to English and it fixed the issue – http://prntscr.com/lfturn. You claim your theme has RTL support so I would expect this to work just the same when the admin languge is set to Hebrew.

Can you please help me fix this?

Hi,

Our theme is not recommended for RTL, maybe was some mistakes, please provide a link, screenshots or a referent were we claimed that our theme has RTL support.
