I have inspected the website, the composer seems to be active and working at the moment. What exactly is the problem? Is there an issue when you want to use the composer?

No, it is not working, where did you check? I am logged into WP-admin and visual editing is not working at all. Site is running on a very powerful server in AWS, so resourcing is not the problem. The theme is just broken at this point. Please help!

Send the login details on our email contact@tagdiv.com please don’t post them here, everyone can see them. I will remove them and you should change them on your end as soon as possible.

Login details has been emailed on 22nd September at your emaila address however no one replied yet.
When we go to edit the page and click edit using tag div composer it just displays a blank page on right.
It may have ended up in spam, all emails are answered as soon as possible, within the same day ideally. Try to resend the email, remember to include a link to this topic so we can identify it.
There is a solution you can try first, which worked in many similar cases where using the tagDiv composer resulted in a blank page, you could give it a try if possible

Chances are adding this code to the htaccess file will solve the blank page issue.
