Recently updated WordPress and Newspaper theme and the wpeditor is not loading. Just getting a spinning circle. I’ve contacted Bluehost and they were unable to address the issue.
Wanted to note that it is working fine on the staging site but is not loading on the production site. the host is unable to identify the issue.

This is not a general problem, but it can be caused by more situations:
Please check the plugin conflict, so you can make a test using only the theme plugins.
If you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Another situation can be from .htaccess ” deny from all” -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
If you tried all those and the problem is persisting, please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and cPanel. We’ll take a look to see what can be the problem.
