TD speed booster is not working propertly, I can’t explain in enligh, that’s why, I put the link to https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

Please note that this plugin automatically deactivates itself if it detects plugins that are not part of a specified list. This list is mentioned in the guide as well.
There is a possibility to remove that check, see this topic

However that does not mean that it will work with all plugins, but you could try it an check the results.

Speedbooster is active and working, but in my homepage only.
I have only allowed plugins installed
I have only 2 css blocking the test:

When I follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/, the page don’t show me those CSSs.

The two resources mentioned seem to be moved in the bottom of the page, that means the Speedbooster plugin is working

I could not say why Google is still detecting them as render blocking. Maybe you should go ahead and begin other optimization aspects, and check at a later time. The results might change in the meantime.
